today, i ran into a current cal state fullerton baseball player. he knew nick adenhart, the girl courtney who died, and the lone survivor jon wilhite (a former fullerton player). he then told me that wilhite was ... internally decapitated. his head was dislocated from his spine with only a little skin holding everything together. now a week later i heard he has some movement in his legs. wow! dude is either tough or lucky. or both.

on a side note i hope the guy that drove drunk and caused this crash gets "anally decapitated" in jail

He must be made of rubber. That is unreal that he is even around to move his legs. They need to kill that drunk fuk. Maybe he will get a cell with a Angels fan. I sure hope this guy gets better would be a great end to a horrible story.

I hear a lot of talk at work about how that low life drunk driver will get fuked up in jail for taking out an Angels player. I had to knock everybody down a peg and told them we are talking about prisoners here and not preachers. I am willing to bet every living soul in jail and/or prison has driven drunk once or twice before. If anybody here who is without sin you shall cast the first stone.

Who in this thread has never drove drunk once in his life? And I know for a fact that several MLB players have been convicted of drunk driving. One of them died from driving drunk after a game within the past few years. A cardinals player I believe.

Everybody has driven a little drunk once or a thousand times in their life. Some of us just wise up when we get older and know how to curb our alcohol consumption when enjoying a night out at the bar, sporting events, parties or happy hours. I am willing to bet those 4 victims were all drinking themselves prior to the accident. Heading to the club at midnight? They either knocked a few back prior to getting in the car or they intended on driving home after pounding for an hour and a half at the club.

When you are younger 25 or under you might be limited with resources as far as getting your drunk ass home or you consider it a badge of courage declining that ride home and driving home yourself. Nowadays it is so easy to get a ride home when you are drunk. I don't know anybody that would say no to you if you call them up and say you are drunk and need a ride. Shit if you have a local dive bar that you frequent the bartender will find somebody to take you home or get you in a cab.
