I ran into an old foe from the past today at the Hilton sportsbook anyhow after about 30 minutes of chit chat we got on the subject of playing one of the oldest streak systems known to mankind.

The 3 game MLB Streak as you jump on the team that has won after 3 straight games and or lost 3 straight games.

After about 15 mins or so of myself explaining to him that I thought long-term it wouldnt work,he claims that the system has netted 100 units per season for the last 15 years.

I dont see it at all.

Anyone have any EXP with this sytem and can it really net that type of units over the course of the season ????????

Regards

Stein

Baseball is streaky. This one has probably a better shot at being successful then going against the streak.

Might be worth your time to look over the stats from previous years. Should be pretty quick to run through them.

I used to have my own handicapping forum...with in house volunteer handicappers testing out their systems.

Long story short...this system worked very well for most of the 2005 season. More like 40 units if I remember.

2006...didn't work.

100 units per year? I don't think so.

It works just often enough...long enough to be the holy grail for a new generation of noobs.

I also remember that people would double the units when two streaks played each other...that was a mistake too.

If anything ...that might be a contrarian system worth a look.
