The evening yesterday was a turn-around for me with a lucky push along with two crucial wins, after an ugly afternoon of two terrible losses.

I am still trying to close Series #4 and Series #7. I am antsy to begin new series #11-#15, but "prefer" to close the two pending series so I can successfully have 10 units in my pocket.

S7 (1C,4B,3A): to win 2.55u

Tier 3 (2.00u-3.19u) bets seem to be good for me so let's hope I can find two winners to play with for the two afternoon games going on today.

S7 (1C,4B,3A): STL/CHC (Walters/Zambrano) Under 9 +145; risked 1.76u to win 2.55u

I know the line moved from 8.5 to 9.5 but with a new rookie pitching for STL, I'm following the logic that it takes the Cubs batters 2 lineups around before they can figure out the rookie making his first start, Walters. I think Zambrano will have another good outing so that's why I'm on the Under. Matchbook haven't put up any 9.5 lines, and this total has jumped up and down in the last hour or so.

I split the afternoon, which is always good (because in this money management system, we can go over 50% or under 50%). Series #4 is finally closed. Yay.

Now I have one more play for tonight's slate. It would be to close Series #7 as well.
