Could ESPN be any worse?

This is seriously getting out of hand...

Avery Johnson and Jalen Rose...are you kidding me? Eric Young is absolutely awful on baseball tonight and so is Orestes Destrade. I haven't heard Chris Singleton much, but he probably isn't any good either. These athletes getting these jobs is out of hand at this network. Did I mention how bad Eric Young is? I had to turn this halftime show off

Jalen Rose sucks big time. It pains me to hear him when he's trying to put an emphasis on some idea he has and he doesn't know how to change the tone.

I've semi-boycotted ESPN since New Year's. I'll watch games, but I don't watch any of their shows.

Too much self-importance, too much boo-yah.

The final straw? When they declared 2008 as the best sports-year ever. Hmmmmmmm. Isn't that a slight conflict of interest?

I realize sports isn't hardcore journalism. It is somewhere between news and entertainment. But in the early days, ESPN was 50/50. Now they're 95% entertainment.

Holla! Ugh.

Baseball on ESPN has gone down the toilet since they fired Hal Reynolds.

That racist Joe Morgan has gotten worse (if that's possible), I hate it when he makes his point 7 redundant times in the same breath.

Somebody shoud tell Rose the word 'truth' is not pronounced 'troof'

Easy solution to this. Flip it to ESPN News. Then you get the condensed, 30 minute sportscenter, that is back to 50/50.

i actually like joe morgan a lot. apparently hes a guy you either like or dont. he knows more about the game then anyone else out there, might be too serious at times.

i think the NBA commentators on espn are as good as it gets. that trio of jackson, van gundy and the other guy is gold

they just hired Matt Millen to replace Emmit during football. Should be fun to hear him discuss drafting, personnel and coaching.
