and can someone tell me what kind of pitchers are lohse and depmster? are they groundball/flyball pitchers?

how do you guys get the info about the umpires...i mean if he is over umpire or under umpire. i saw it in the philly/sandiego thread too.

and how does it work.....over umpire means, he calls lot of strikes? and under opposite?
