Looks like it is going to be a home run fest. The dimensions are the same as the old stadium (or so they say). It faces the same way as the old stadium. Why such a difference? One opinion is things might change with the wind direction when the old stadium is torn down, but the wind was blowing in yestersay. For the price they paid for building a new stadium u would have thought every miniscule detail would have been thought of and not having pop-ups be home runs. Instead of complaining just realize the fact that somewhere a mistake was made and maybe it can be fixed. Until then we all have to live with this mistake. Besides having to pay $400 a seat.

ARE COMPANY SEATS WENT FROM $250 EACH TO $1250 EACH. THEY WERE 3 AND 4 ROWS FROM THE FIELD AT FIRST BASE..ANYONE WATCHING THE YANKEE GAMES CAN SEE THAT ALMOST ALL THESE SEATS ARE NOW EMPTY..INCLUDING OURS..THIS WILL UNDOUBTABLY SET A YANKEE RECORD FOR "UNSOLD OUT" GAMES....
THE REASON FOR THE HRS MAY BE A WIND CURRENT..THE OLD STADIUM WAS SOLID CONCRETE ALONG THE TOP. THIS ONE IS AN OPEN AIR GRATE..THAT SAID IF THEY PLAY TONIGHT I'M STILL TAKING THE UNDER:toast:

PS IF WE FLY TO TAMPA AND SIT IN THE SAME SEATS IT WILL BE CHEAPER FOR THE 4 OF US TO FLY , SIT IN THE EXACT SAME SEATS FOR THE ENTIRE 3 GAME SERIES, GET 2 HOTEL ROOMS FOR 3 NIGHTS AND GET A ONE DAY PASS FOR DISNEY THEN TO GO TO ONE YANKEE GAME TO SEE THE EXACT SAME 2 TEAMS...WE WOULD SAVE ALMOST $12000 FOR ONE 3 GAME SERIES
