Not going to go with craigslist.. stubhub seems like the commison charges are reasonable and guaranteed

any suggestions?
I'm in Chicago, and ticket brokers have stuff available. Hawks game on Weds is a day game thinking this would be the best bet..

Thursdays Bulls is a night game and would figure the fans would be all over it..

Veterans.. lets hear your insight

ebay is the way to go. If you are patient and search enough, you can find the tickets you want for the price you want. Just make sure the seller has a good rating.

Have always went to the games and scalped right before game time or in the first inning for latecomers. Just ask for extras because most likely they were comped and they will not use. Offer them beer money but with my boys I usually get them given to me.

They will not be together but at least you get in the gate. Then you can find some open seats.

I would wait as long as you can to get tickets, then go on eBay and/or Craigslist the same day of the game or the day before. Prices drop like a rock...

Many times I've had tickets to a big event, sold them early for enough profit by the time I bought back often better tickets, they were free (meaning I made enough off the first sale).

Or just pay whatever and be happy that you are going

i'm in chicago and i use craigslist. there are always plenty of people looking to get rid of tickets for a few bills over face.

just send a mass email to everyone with tickets for sale and name your price. the ones just looking to get rid of the tickets easily will write back quickly.

I'll say this.. a few friends had scout seats or whatever they call them at Wrigley and met Lance Briggs. Was a class act. They were in the 7th row and Briggs signed a foul ball they caught.. in the 7th row, how the hell it got up over the net and into his hands is nuts, then to have it signed by a probowl linebacker who they said was a class act was just unreal

odds of a game used signed baseball signed by a probowl linebacker for the Bears from a Cubs game? Who was basically refusing to play for Angelo?
