For The Season (40-37)(+4.69)

Boring night in bases last night. Only a handful of games and some rainouts as well. I went 1-1 and picked up a whopping 0.07 units. Won my dog and lost yet another favorite. Plus my Phillies were rained out which sucked. Everything at night for a change on Tuesday, hopefully rain will not be as bad. Here are Tuesdays hopeful winners.

Parlay risking 1 unit to win 1.50 units

Cleveland vs Kansas City
Boston vs Minnesota

Both KC and Minnesota struggle on the road. Boston just pounds the ball at home and Wakefield’s knuckler has looked good so far this year. KC has Ponson throwing and he is an automatic fade for me plus he is 0-7 career vs Cleveland. Tribe can also swing the bat at home. This parlay should be a winner.

Toronto -1.5 (+100) vs Texas…………Texas usually struggles on the road as well. The Jays have probably been the best offensive team in baseball in the early going and have maybe the best pitcher throwing for them today. Why lay -225 when you can get the runline at even money. It won’t matter as this one should not even be close.

Dodgers -1.5 (-115) vs Houston………This is another game that I will either be way of base and Houston wins, or they get murdered. Dodgers can put a hurting on you with their bats and they are facing a guy who maybe should not be pitching in the majors anymore in Ortiz. If the Dodgers win it will be by at least five runs. Astros also known to carry toothpicks instead of bats to the plate and sometimes really struggle on offense.

Seattle -105 vs Tampa Bay………..I was on Tampa since the start of the season. I think it is time to get off the bandwagon until they figure things out. They are struggling just like my Phillies this year. Seattle has been a nice story so far this year. Washburn has looked great so far and he usually pitches very well vs Tampa Bay. I just see some pretty good value only laying this small price at home with Washburn throwing.

Detroit +101 vs Angels……….A little scary going against the Angels at home, but this kid Galarraga pitching for the Tigers has been nearly untouchable this year. I just cannot see the Angels scoring too often against this kid.

Under 8.5 (+100) Detroit/Angels…………For all the same reason stated above, plus Weaver one of the Angels best pitchers throwing as well. I feel this total should be 7, so to get it at 8.5 and at even money is a great deal that I will take.

Florida -138 vs Pittsburgh………….Not ready to jump ship because the Fish lost one game and looked bad. The Bucs are way too inconsistent and they might be the team not to score tonight. Still much value with the Marlins early this season.

Milwaukee +117 vs Phillies………….I hate going against my Phillies again, but as I have mentioned before I feel old age is going to catch up to Moyer this year. He cannot go on forever. One of these years he is just going to be batting practice. I think it is going to be this year. Unless the Phillies really break out the bats tonight, I see Milwaukee pulling the upset.

Becareful tonight for those who follow my plays. I bet a ton of games and I really love tonights picks. Sometimes when that happens I get murdered. Tonight is making a killing or get killed night. I can feel it.

Good Luck Everybody!!
