Customer service's and the damn automation

I couldn't log in to my e-mail this morning saying password was incorrect.

So I click forgot password and they send my reset password via my e-mail.

WTF......... I CAN'T GET IN TO MY E-MAIL BITCHES.

So I call msn give them my phone # via automated crap.

The automated bitch says ok Verizon let me transfer you.

I finally get a live person eventually and she wants my Verizon e-mail and I say I have msn e-mail so she transfers me right back to the automation and say OK Verizon let me transfer you.

I ended up dialing 611 on my cell got a live person who was very nice and personally got me a live person but what a fiasco.

Was on edge as the other day was trying to cancel my protection plus on my Discover card and never was able to due to automated bull shit.

But going to try again to do that right now wish me luck.


People fucking suck and I hate them all.............LOL
