yeah but most good pitchers who had a bad start has bounced back, otherwise cubs -170 is the sucker bet

i used to look at the pitchers and say what the hell the line is so high?? when its too good to be true it is.. When i saw this matchup i thought the o/u would be 8 but 11.. go over , wind is blowing out
