I use Milk Thistle also along with folic acid, a combo of calcium, magnesium and zinc plus a geriatric multi vitamin in the morning and another at night.
Sounds like I should add fish oil to the regimen.

Nothing. What should I be taking?

at least some kind of omega 3 fatty oils... like fish oil or flax... plus a multi ..you do not want to have a heartattack while rooting in your winning wagers do you?

Muti-Vitamin called Centrum. I eat salmon 3 times a week to get my Omega 3 in lieu of a fish oil tablet.

If you're an alcohol user, you likely are in desperate need of increasing your Vitamin B intake. And if you're a tobacco user you're likely in desperate need of increasing your Vitamin C intake. Both are addressed by XX above.

I put the following in a blender:
-frozen strawberries
-milk
-a splash of Flaxseed oil (about 1/2 tablespoon)
-2 scoops of protein powder (currently using soy, but prefer whey)

Do this daily

Is there a fish oil supplement that doesn't give you the burps? Hate the taste.

I think mine is a generic called spring valley 1000 mg. I've never had the burps from it but I think it varies from person to person like heartburn which I've never had.
