Even with one of the MLB's best pitchers on the shelf...the Cardinals are still dominating. Hate to see what they could do with a decent bullpen and established closer!

Did the Cubs get eliminated already?

You obviously don't know anyting about sports, you are telling me you didn't know that baseball crowns division champions on April 26.

I bet Vikings 611 already got paid for his Cards to win the Central Division wager already. Its not like you are required to play the remaining 144 games.

With a deep bench, the cardinals have by far the best line-up in the Central. But there lack of a closer will kill them in the end. Larussa knew this when he went public about this off season. They may win a weak division (the Cubs will still be there in the end) but in the play-offs Franklin will never work.

11% of the season has been played. In football terms, they haven't even quite finished the second game. Settle down.

Incidentally I am hammering Cubs today -116. Harden's stuff has been even better than his numbers. I love him in this spot at a short number against Wellemeyer trash.

Cardinals have done the same thing before...smoke and mirrors early on, with Pujols carrying the load, and it catches up to them......they have a better lineup this time around, with a little more help for Pujols, but they do NOT HAVE a playoff caliber pitching staff, starters or otherwise......the Cubs will not continue to NOT HIT with this lineup...and they have the best starting staff in the division, and probably the NL.....it will all come around, and cubs will still win the division by 5+ games

cubs are 21-14, with Zambrano hurt, their closer not getting it done, Ramirez injured, Soto just back, Derek Lee hitting under .200, and they are 7 games over .500....

when they get healthy it will get ugly for the Cards..

Cubs are not running away with anything....

All the teams in that division have a chance; except the Pirates..

Only domination I saw this weekend was by the Brewers.
