According to the Elias Sports Bureau, Andy Pettitte has gone 17-1 in starts where the Yankees are in the final game of a series trying to avoid a sweep. Pettitte went 4-0 with in 2008 in these specific starts, including four road starts.
I had the Yankees and Under before I even found this statisitic and I'm liking the pick so far... but it's Yankees/Red Sox so who knows?
