Tiger Woods vs Phil Mickelson

Anyone think Tiger to beat Phil by at least 3 strokes in the tournament is a safe bet? I wasn't sure which room to post this in but any advice would be appreciated.

Mickelson loses when I bet on him and wins when I don't.

Saying that, I wouldn't give him 3 strokes against anyone.

What do you mean by safe? I would like to hear the odds on this and from what book.

We should track this this year.

I say that Tiger beats the Hefty Lefty by 3 or more strokes in 8 of 10 this year.

Judging from here on out, or giving Phil the 2-0 lead he already has for the season? Either way Phil is easy money. 8 out of 10 is just ridiculous. I don't even think it is 50-50.
