VIEJO DINOSAUR.......hope all is well in Pattaya. Thinking retirement and Pattaya is definitely on the short list to check out. Hope you don't mind a couple questions: are the internet speeds good enough to watch tv via the internet with live streaming videos in Pattaya?
I've heard Thailand is very gambling sensitive and has blocked some sites, so......do punters use proxy servers to circumvent the 'blocking'? Just curious. Just don't think I can do without watching ncaa baskets and foots on the internet where ever I go. If so, with the good golf there, it'd be perfect. Internet speeds are not a problem..
It is against the law to gamble in Thailand, so most book's websites are blocked and proxy servers are used...
The golf is absolutely tremendous and affordable...most of these courses have 27 holes, and all the ammenities that private courses have in the states...
