BetPhoenix and TheRX.com are proud to announce "The 2009 Kentucky Derby Challenge”. There will be $1500 in prizes awarded during this contest. The rules are simple, pick the winner of the race, and the time of the winner.
YOU CAN JOIN THIS CONTEST IN THREE EASY STEPS:
STEP 1: Register for a BetPhoenix account by clicking HERE. (You must create your account before you post in this thread & account must be created before the race starts. Please do not try to create your account only if you win as you will not be awarded any prizes.)
STEP 2: Pick The Winner Of The Kentucky Derby and then Pick The Winning Time Of The Race To The Hundreth Of A Second: (2:02.56)
STEP 3: Sit Back, enjoy the Kentucky Derby and collect the prizes when you win.

1st... $500
2nd.. $400
3rd... $300
4th... $200
5th... $100
SMALL PRINT: (Full cash prizes are reserved for active BetPhoenix customers, active is defined as at least $50 in real money wagers* placed at BetPhoenix during the weekend of the race. Inactive players will receive 50% of the prize amount and must make a $50 deposit with BetPhoenix to claim their prize. There is a 7X rollover on all prize money)
*real money = deposited money, not promotional money won from other contests.

RULES
1) Pick The Winner Of The Kentucky Derby and Pick The Winning Time Of The Race To The Hundreth Of A Second: (2:02.56)
2) Post your selection exactly as instructed.
3) If less than 5 people select the correct winning horse, the second place horse will be used to determine the remaining prize payouts.
4) TheRX.com and BetPhoenix have the right to change or modify any rule if deemed necessary.
5) Any unforeseen circumstances will be ruled on by RX.com and BetPhoenix management.
6) List of horses will be posted in this thread along with an example of how to post plays. Example must be followed EXACTLY!!
7) Tiebreaker will be closest to (above or below) the exact time of the winning horse.
8) Should a tie still exist, the one who posted first wins.
