1) Fedor wants a small fortune.
2) Fedor does not want to sign an exclusive deal

UFC only deals in exclusive contracts and Fedor is more then happy fighting UFC reject fighters for 10X what the UFC would pay him. I don't blame him. The organizations he is fighting in won't be around long because they overpay but he should cash in while he can.
