which is better? i'm moving and cable is not offered where i'm moving to so i have to get satellite. which is better? direct tv or dish network?

the only diff is that direct is better for sports

they have the nfl ticket and dish doesnt

I think dish is cheaper if im not mistaken but you cant beat direct for sports

Dish doesn't have the MLB, NASCAR, or March Madness packages either. Not sure about the MLB network. Directv also has free channels exclusive to the Tennis grand slam and PGA Majors.

I have been happy with directv. I have the MLB package which is outstanding.

If you decide on directv, spring for the extra $12 a month for the Sports Package.

DirecTV has the best programming for sports fans but the worst customer service ever. Expect to wait on hold for an hour before they manage to tell you they are fixing your account and then do nothing. Rinse repeat. Dish has way better customer service but not the sports.
