Today we're going for timing and statistics. Milwaukee has lost the last 2 at home and have played terrible offensively. Today they play a pitcher with an 8.62 ERA and hopefully will get their slugger Ryan Braun back to spark the Offense. 10 of Milwaukee's 12 wins include 4 runs or better. They win when they score......period. The OVER is 17-4 in Bush's last 21 starts as well.....so although he has a better ERA that Petit, he is not an overpowering pitcher.

The timing is right for Milwaukee to win, but it is equally right for the Brewers to swing the bats, and the ODDS are better in that category. Arizona is 6-17 in their last 23 road games and are 2-8 in their last 10 games following a win.

Milwaukee team total Over 4.5 for the game.

I'd LOVE the play if Braun were in, but he's OUT. and its his bobblehead today too

the bats have been struggling mightily, and it doesn't help with Braun out again today. Cameron has been protecting Fielder well (most EB hits in the NL), but no one has been protecting Cameron.

Bush needs to keep the ball down vs this aggressive, young AZ lineup

Here's the line-up.......maybe a shake of it even with Braun out awakens the bats...... GL!

Braun out; Weeks hitting third

By Tom Haudricourt of the Journal Sentinel
May. 3, 2009 10:52 a.m.

With Ryan Braun still out with back stiffness, manager Ken Macha is using a radically different lineup today against Arizona.
Corey Hart is leading off; J.J. Hardy is back after a two-day mental break and batting second, and Rickie Weeks is hitting third. Brad Nelson is starting in left field in place of Braun as the Brewers try to snap a two-game losing streak.
Here are the lineups:
Brewers
RF Corey Hart
SS J.J. Hardy
2B Rickie Weeks
1B Prince Fielder
CF Mike Cameron
LF Brad Nelson
3B Bill Hall
C Jason Kendall
RHP Dave Bush

The top 3 of both lineups is weak, yesterday was probally the easiest no score in first I ever saw with these two teams and haren/Looper. If I trusted either Petit or Bush not to serve one up I'd be all over it again..

Fuck....bases loaded with 1 out and they only get 1 to Home.

Looks like unless Arizona can score 1 in the 9th......this one will lose by 1 run.

Ugh......just saw the box where Weeks led the 6th off with and triple, Fielder walked, and on a wild pitch with nobody out........Weeks attempts a steal of home plate and was thrown out.

Why do I read this shit when I lose......:ohno:
