Cards -136 = Lohse is a pesky annoying pitcher, STL is 10-3 in night games, 10-3 at home ( philly is 6-2 on the road though), but the stat I like is that STL is 13-6 vs right handed pitching. They should get a decent start from Lohse, and they feast on righties and win at home. I really like the Cards here ( plus a day of rest).
Mets +103 = Maine is better than he has pitches thus far, yes Vasquez is the better pitcher, but the mets are better hitters. Atl is 5-11 vs righties and 6-2 vs lefties... the mets are pitching a righty. I have been fading ATL and winning. I'll take the better team and the plus money.
Angels -120 = I really like this one. Saunders is better than he has pitched thus far, and the A's are only 3-6 (33% win pct.) vs lefties and they play today after traveling and having that horrible long game yesterday. The angels pen sucks but hopefully they win pretty easily and saunders can last at least 7 innings.
KC -200 = I believe this is my 4th Greinke start in a row, and I haven't lost yet. I faded the chisox last night and their bats didn't scare me. Greinke at home, and the royals have scored a decent amount of runs lately.
Pitt +115 = Yes Gallero is a stud, but Malholm isn't bat either, and the Brew Crew will be missing the righty Ryan Braun in the lineup to keep Malholm honest. The Brewers have won something like 13 in a row vs Pitt, and I like Pitt to fight in a low scoring one at home here. Gallero will be getting a lot of extra hype after that last start, and I like the price.
Cle -106 = Toronto has killed me with some close home wins, I think Carmona is the better pitcher here and I am chasing a fade on the blow jays. Cleveland is an underrated team, blow jays over valued.
O's/TB OVER 9.5 = Adam Eaton = garbage, and Kazmier is skitzophrenic ( spelling). It really more depends on Kaz, will the o's get to him or not, because Eaton sucks and should give up runs.
I might look at texas in the late games too.
