although sherzer looked impressive in his last start...it was against the brewers..who aint hittin nothin rite now...2of his other 3 starts were against the giants(not murderers row)..w/o being biased(dodger fan here)i think max gets lit up vs. the dodgers tonite...that being said...jeff 'dream' weaver is not to be confused with don drysdale...yes he looked good in relief last week..but let's not all start sucking each others' dick just yet...this is still jeff weaver...!!!let's roll that over tonite...
lil addendum to the previous post...torre says weavers arm is not built up to 60 pitches yet and hopes to get newly relagated to the bullpen james mcdonald into a game as soon as possible...could be tonite...rite there, that would have me worried about bettin the dodgers strait up
Cocktail, Dodger fan here as well and I see both teams getting to each others bullpen early which will lead to a possible slugfest tonight at Dodger Stadium. I just feel safer for one evening to play the Dodger OVER rather then the red hot Dodgers even though I think they continue their winning ways.
