This will be old news to some of you. But I just heard about this recently.
Remember when prank calls were at most just annoying? Not anymore. The kids nowadays are hacking into people's phone line and calling 911. I could be mistaken, but I thought I heard this was somehow done through Skype. They make some outrageous crime up that basically gets the swat team called to someone's house. Swatting they call it.
