What Is The Rule On Totals In Postponed Baseball?

Washington game was postponed with a 10-10 score in extra innings. Does an over bet win and an under bet lose or should it be no play?

As long as the game goes 9 innings, then the total is valid. What would really suck is if you had under 9 total and the game is stopped at 4-4 in extra innings. Then under bets are winners and over bets are losers
