Hey Lazz I enjoy your plays and followed closely last year but I just double checked and Jimenez has been shelled in the 1st inning this year. The Dodger hit him up for 2 runs and then 4 runs in Coors. Ofcourse the Dodgers are one of the best at scoring those early runs but still. And the fact that the Giants just went against this guy....its a no play for me. g/l though

seriously though, jimenez was 2 for 5 giving up runs this season (both against the dodgers, who are one of the top 1st inning run producing teams). in 2008, jimenez was 8-32 overall (25.0%) and 4-15 (26.7%) at home. great numbers both overall and at coors field.

san fran is also one of the worst run producing teams this season and the .189 batting average against jimenez didn't hurt either.
