I don't use a pitcher's groundball/flyball ratio for my own handicapping, but I'm pretty sure I have a way of pulling that information together for each day's pitcher. Does anyone, or could anyone, make use of that?

This could be very useful. Theoretically, if someone was so inclined, they could compare that number to a lineup's line drive, flyball, and groundball percentage. Factor in the K rate, and someone may be able to create a formula that works out well. Or just use the raw data and go by feel.

My thinking was that it would be just a handy something to look at after the heavy lifting of the handicapping was done. Something to help confirm a previous lean or give reason to take another look at the opposite angle, especially when looking at Totals in a given ballpark.

Exaclty how I was thinking it might apply. Flyball pitcher in an over park with an over ump would confirm and over. Likewise with a groundball in an under park with an under pitcher.

I presume you know that the Starting Pitchers page within each Matchup at covers.com MLB section has their FB/GB ratio? (broken down for H/A/Day/Night)

No, the FB/GB ratio isn't something I personally use, so I haven't paid much attention to what sites already have it. Unless there's an easier-to-read way of featuring it, I might not bother, since it's already out there somewhere easy to find.
