Why does the opening line change on the odds page?

If you look at what is listed as the opener at night or early morning, then look again during the day, the opener changes for a lot of games.

I thought the opener would stay the same, is there a reason that it changes?

Or is there a particular time at which it is locked, and it is subject to change before that point?

Anyone? Hello?

For example, today (05/15), the MIN/NYY line.

Last night, it showed 10o

The line has moved to mostly 10.5

But the opener now says 9.5o, so it looks like a more significant change.

Sorry for not responding to this question sooner. I will look into it today and see if there is any reason why that opener changes over night.
