Facing the lowly Nationals with Martis on the mound. He's got 3QS in 6 appearances, but blows on the road sporting a 8.79 ERA and a super high WHIP. I'm not expecting an offensive explosion from SF or anything, but they should figure out a way to get to Martis and then hit Washington's pen up too. 5.83 ERA for their pen on the road, 7.25 over the last seven - seems like a pretty safe play here. Hovering at -145 right now but I expect it to go higher.

Zito been decent this year, 4 QS in 6 games, 3.57 ERA... more like the guy we knew in Oakland. I'm not sure this trend will continue but I doubt the Nationals are gonna be the team to beat him up tomorrow. Two of his six starts are against SD who has a pretty hard time getting runs across, but I think Zito will keep them in the game at the very least tomorrow, and then the bull pen game certainly favors SF.

No Benji Molina in the lineup has got me worried... seems like he jacks in runs every time to the plate... not sure how i feel about the giants now without him in the lineup today... : /
