Favorites (40-42)(-11.26)
Underdogs (32-35)(+3.70)
Runlines (5-6)(-0.20)
Totals (10-5)(+4.27)
Parlays (10-14)(-0.79)

Overall (97-102)(-4.28)

2-4 dropping 2.30 units last night. Lost all three favorites, split my two dogs and won my only total. Headed in the wrong direction and need to get this turned around quickly before it gets out of hand. My confidence is a little shaken at the moment. I am off work today and we have seven day games. Here is what I like for Thursday.

Florida +105 vs Milwaukee…………….I have been riding Florida and they keep jumping out to early leads and I feel great about my bet and I get up the next morning and they have lost. Florida is too good to keep losing and I seem to bet on Johnson every time he pitches. He is one of the best young pitchers in baseball. Florida will score some runs today and hopefully Johnson is on and he shuts down the Brewers bats. I will take Johnson as a dog vs anybody in MLB.

St Louis -115 vs Pittsburgh………….Like the above play, I have been riding the Cards to beat up on a lousy Pirate team and it just has not happened. Maybe I am being stubborn but I am not letting this go and then finally watch St Louis get the win. It is not like the Cards are bad and the Bucs are good all of a sudden. Cards bats due to come to life and I think today is the day.

Texas -105 vs Seattle………….Never crazy going against Hernandez for Seattle, but this is the right spot. Seattle has come back down to earth after a decent start. Seattle has lost eight of their last ten, while Texas has won eight of their last ten. Texas beat Hernandez four times last year, so they must see the ball well vs him. Harrison for Texas is 3-0 with an era of 1.71 in his last three starts, so everything for me points to Texas. Should be a winner.

Phillies -125 vs Dodgers………..Come on now. Aren’t the Dodgers with Billingsley as a dog a little too obvious?? Cole Hamels finally got through a game, got the win and did not get hurt. He is a great talent and I think you will see the best effort of the year so far from him.

Under 8.5 (-110) Dodgers/Phillies…………If I am correct about Cole Hamels this game will go under. Of course Billingsley has been as solid as you can get as well. This number just seems real high to me. I don’t see this one going over 6.

I really love today’s picks. I am either going to have a great day or with the way I have been picking lately going to get murdered. Just a feeling I get.

Good Luck Everybody!!

I love Florida too but had to back off. If you have 1st inning option, take Florida game for score in First inning (YES). They have an amazing % of scores in the first inning. I don't know excately what it is, but something like in the 80%.
