I think so. It would be much more interesting to have all the teams play each other like every other league. It can get boring seeing the same matchups time after time. Thoughts?

No...It's just fine right now with 18 interleague games each

But what I would endorse with fervor is a return to a balanced schedule wherein each team plays others in league more often

Currently, teams play division opponents 18 times a year, which is 72 games for some divisions, 54 games for AL West and 90 games for NL Central. That leaves a mishmash of league games versus other division.

I would support the original Question (interleague all year) if MLB would reduce the NL Central to five teams and expand the AL West to five teams.

15 teams in each league would demand that at least one interleague series be played at all times, so the current 18 might need to be expanded to 24 or 27. But otherwise, maintain the integrity of playing at least 80% of games intraleague.

Exactly. Why should the AL West get an advantage because it has four teams? Selig has sold-out the sport already, this is a common-sense move. Probably why he doesn't understand.

If anything they should do away with interleague entirely. Who the fuck cares if the Royals and D-backs are playing? I'd much rather see a divisional game than that shit. If I were running things, interleague play would be eradicated except for regional rivalries (angels vs dodgers, cards vs royals, yanks vs mets, etc.) every 2-3 years (home and home). It'd make all of those series' that much better. I miss the old days when there wasn't any of this bullshit. If you truly like baseball, there's nothing boring about "the same matchups all the time." Baseball has become the only sport (maybe the nfl too) where the regular season actually means something, hence the need for more divisional matchups.

How about they choose one or the freaking other, Pitchers hit or they don't, for the whole MLB, like other normal sports leagues.

What if the NFL the AFC had to go 15 yards for 1st downs while the NFC only had to go the normal 10 yards, or something crazy like that. Wouldn't really make sense.

Sorry, I'm not really a baseaball fan lol
