Don't like the guy but I believe he'll win the French. Even after the straight set win today you can still grab 8/9-1.

Good rivalry.

Im not a "tennis fan" but follow along enough. Both dudes seem like class acts to me.

Roger is better. And his body of work when they are both said and done will say so.

Nadal has owned Roger, so 1-1 Roger has not been better, period.

Good enough for me.

Can we say Nadal has Roger's #, but that Roger has a far more impressive overall career? Thus far at least?

Roger is 5 years older. I've heard tennis pro's comment that they
think Nadal will at least have as many majors as Roger does now,
in 5 years.

It's not fair to even say that Roger's had a *far* more impressive career,
when he's had 5 more years in his prime than Nadal.

True again.

Funny things can happen in the next five years though.

Tennis players can "hit the wall" at any given point.

Nadal still has a ways to go before his career hits "Roger" status IMO.

Overall Roger has been superior on the surface used at
Wimbleton courts, and i think that would include head
to head vs Nadal. Nadal's best surface where he dominates
is on clay. Though i guess he lost on that to Roger today.
