Four alligators in my backyard right now.......

.....unfortunately, my cupboards, freezer, and fridge have no food in them, or else I would be very glad to feed them.

The largest one appears to be about a 9-footer.......they look tired, as its gator mating season right now.

If they are there in the morning, I will make a run to Sams Club and buy them some raw chicken, they love that stuff.

Gonna call shenannigans on my local RxForum bud, FHEAD here regarding his stated intention to buy food for his visiting gators.

(As if any of you thought that Rx King of Frugality would waste any of his hard earned jack on feeding gators.)

The absolute #1 counsel from wildlife experts in Florida is to Never, Never, Never feed alligators.

Doing so attracts them to return to your residential area which potentially endangers humans and of course domestic animals as well.

Not only should you not feed them, if you get caught by authorities, I believe it is a Misdemeanor offense for doing so... Get them in my 50 acre lake all the time.. Mostly never bigger than 6 ft...

If any of your neighbors have one of those yapping little dogs that you dont like, you could get some doggie treats and coax it into your yard. Sort of a win win. Dont forget your camera.
