Heres the thing,As with most things you KINDOF get what you Pay for. An 11.00 cut will get you 15 minutes in the chair with a guy mowing you down as quickly as he can. That price is predicated on the fact he can do 4-5 HCs in an hour.
Now you go to a Nicer barber shop, and they will charge 25-30 in that set upyour gettin 30 minutes, Same probably with the Cosmotologist, but Im sure she will shampoo you.
Also with the price will typically come expertise.

I go once a month and pay $30 for the haircut but I tip her $20 and I also give the shampoo girl $10 so it cost me $60. I always give huge tips whether its dinner, haircut, or whatever the case might be. For dinner I tip anywhere from 40-70% depending on how good he or she is. Like I have stated in other threads I am a huge believer in karma and I hate cheap people with a passion.
