If I recall he had 1 out and gave up a single then hit the next batter and assigned 3 straight walks and 2 of those walks came in.

This game should be 4-1 now not 4-3.

And is the pirates hitter didn't swing ( and ground into a dp) on ball 4 thie inning would still be going on..How is this guy still in the Bigs? Even worse, Why the hell did put my biggest play of the night on him?

This guy sucks so bad today. Gives up another double. Does he wanna win or does he want the other team to win? He has no control at all in this game. Last year was a fluke for this guy.

And while I'm typing he throws the ball away trying to pick a guy off and now the runner moves to 3rd.

Fuck you Dempster. Gives up a 2 run bomb and are now down 6-4. Cubs coach is retarted to let him start the 4th anyways. ^^

Yes, he had nothing tonight (just like happens to every pitcher), but there is no question why he is in the big leagues....he is a quality pitcher, thats why.......he went 17-6, with an under 3.00 era last season....you dont do that for a WHOLE SEASON with smoke and mirrors, you have to have good stuff......the 3 years prior to that, he converted 85/99 saves for the Cubs.....something any team in the big leagues that doesnt have Riviera, Papelbon or Rodriguez would take......

The Cubs needed a closer, so he leaves the rotation and becomes an excellent closer.....The Cubs need a starter so he leaves the bullpen, and goes 17-6 as a starter.......

He has struggled some this year, but he's still 3-3, with an era a little over 4....not something that will get you kicked out of the majors....I'll take him as a starter for my Cubs anytime...
