I'm "toying" with a new model for baseball and looking for some knowledgeable thoughts on evaluation of a pitcher.

Currently the headings are as follows:
Overall ERA
H/A ERA
Last 3 ERA
vs.Opp ERA

These four obviously don't have equal weight, but what do you think is the appropriate % to apply to each of these categories? @)

Ratio (W+H / IP) is just as important or more so than the aforementioned 4.

Ratio tells you how many baserunners a starter allows per nine innings.
A ratio of 9 or 1.00 means 1 baserunner per inning, which translates into not many runners to score.
1.3 is about average, stay away from starters with a ratio of 1.4 or more.
