A bit more on "Vote For Manny"

Welcome to VOTE FOR MANNY

The purpose of this blog is to get Manny Ramirez elected as a STARTER to the 2009 All Star Game in St. Louis?
WHY?

To highlight the silliness that are the MLB rules towards PED users as well as their "head in the sand" approach to this situation. Rather than confront it head-on, MLB is choosing to do nothing and simply hope there are three higher vote getters in the NL OF.

That's a trip. I'm all for it. Anytime you get a chance to expose AS game silliness in voting I say go for it.

Oh I don't know. It was really the pitching that did it I think. And some good clutch base running & hits in close games.

He could have started using during his dodger tenure because he felt the pinch of getting older.

Since I'm a Cub fan, of course he was juicing last year. It's our nature.

I actually went there and voted, and I almost forgot to vote for Manny. One click away from fucking up

I'm totally down

The moment they took the AS voting online, thus assuring that Ichiro Suzuki (a great player admittedly) would be voted in every year by the ten million Japanese internet users, I wrote the AS voting off as an annual farce.

Do drugs and be great.............cheat...........if ya can.....get $$$$$$$$

if manny does get enough votes....think mlb might just rig it??
