OT: converting music files

i'm sure there is a thread somewhere about this, just don't know where.

anyway, does anyone know a good free, free is the key, program for converting .aac and .m4a files to mp3 files.
I'm looking for a DLoadable program not one of those sites where i just browse and upload the file to the site and then choose a format and then enter my e-mail to get the file after it's converted.

i found something called alto gold but it was only good for 3 converts and you have to pay to upgrade.

any help is appreciated , thanks.

there is a great hack site with thousands of appz. I don't really know which app is good for conversion but if you do some research you probably find the app there. If you want the site PM me. Don't know rules for giving out site address.

Oh yeah they also have most of the serials for most. An anti virus software for your computer is a must because you can get a virus,some guys out there are just bad news

i got anti virus and all the goodies to protect me, but are you saying the program i DL from the site could be bad or malicious, or are you implying files could be bad, cause i already have these music files i just want to convert a bunch of .aac to mp3's.

Yeah,but there are thousands of sites with appz on this site,but evert once in a while they are infected. Thas why I said you need protection. I will look for something for you.
