Yesterday I had 1 leg of a 2 team parlay canceled before the game went off the board. I contacted them before the game started to ask why. They apologized and said it was a bad line and that they would honor the play if the other play Won.
Both plays won. They not only honored the play but ended up giving me a nice bonus on top of it.
Good karma pays off since it hasn't even been 3 weeks since I contacted them about a bad line that I did see.
