I seems that this guy John Hock had a show on stickam and was widely popular because he gave away things on his show. He had a semi-celebrity girlfriend called Amor Hilton (no relation to Paris).

Here's his myspace page:

Here's his twitter page:

Here's Amor Hilton's twitter page:

Here's the article:

Phoenix police arrested a man in Phoenix on Monday on suspicion of raping an unconscious woman live on a popular video hosting Web site.

According to a court document, on Feb. 26, 2009, at about 5 a.m., 20-year-old Jonathan Hock set up the webcam built into his laptop and broadcast live as he sexually assaulted a woman whom he knew for less than a month as she lay in bed unconscious. The victim had reportedly been asleep for up to six hours before the assault occurred.

While being interviewed by Phoenix police, the woman said she became aware of the assault after friends text messaged her about the video.

According to a court document, the woman then found pictures on the Web site of Hock lying next to her as she was asleep and naked from the waist down.

Phoenix police issued a search warrant for the Web site's content to try to obtain the live video of the assault. In the video, Hock reportedly made comments about him being able to commit the assault without her knowledge while he performed various sexual acts, according to the court document.

After viewing the five minute video, Phoenix police arrested Hock and booked him on charges of sexual assault and surreptitious video taping.

Police say Hock is allegedly very popular on the site for his sexual behavior, and they said information they received through the investigation indicates there may have been similar acts of this type involving this suspect.

Let me guess - the girl's been assaulted like 20 times now by Hock - she's probably sleeping over Hock's place right now

Just typical. She now cries rape because her friends just saw her on tape and she can no longer hide the fact that she is a slut.

The alleged assault happened on February 26th. He was arrested today. She is calling him things like babycakes on her Twitter page in the last 24 hours or so.

My feeling is that she was aware of what was going to happen or didn't care. Or she just forgave him. Some chicks are down for some freaky shit. Just my personal opinion.

The only thing he took from her was her pride by providing the live stream ala American Pie style to his buddies.

I am one to believe that it is not a crime to force yourself on a chick you are currently sleeping with. The key word in that sentence is "force" as in not being gentle or asking for permission. Using violence or trickery like beating or drugging your bitch should be a punishable offense.

Just wanted to make clear that the woman who was raped was not Amor Hilton. Ms. Hilton is/was the "alleged" rapist's girlfriend who was a semi-celebrity.

I don't care if a woman is a slut or even if it was his girlfriend, if the act is not consensual the guy should be put away for a long time. The woman who was raped was unconscious during the act.

This piece of shit who allegedly had sex with an unconscious woman said in his twitter page that he thought what he did wasn't very bad.

I am not condoning the dudes act but I am just saying if you are in a relationship their should be some kid of unwritten rule that you can no never be accused of rape or something. I mean everybody in a relationship does shit for the significant other that they really don't feel like doing. Like watching a certain movie making an impulse purchase accepting and wearing/using crappy gifts, choosing them over your friends or family in the act of commitment or loyalty. Yada, yada, yada...

I think this country needs to lessen the crimes in this country but raise the penalties. Drug use, sex with a teenager, certain drinking laws and gambling laws. The way shit works in this country is you can commit a simple act like stealing something from a store and if you get caught you can be charged with up to 5 crimes. If you planned to steal before you entered the story then it is burglary too. If the store is owned by a private owner then it is trespassing too. If you ran when somebody saw you it is fleeing the scene. If a cop is chasing after you then it is resisting arrest. If you put up a struggle when you get caught then it is assault.

Then when you get judged at the courts if convicted you can get a variety of sentences handed down depending on the type of person that they think you are. You could get off with simple probation or a fine or serve years. Somebody could have committed the same crimes and he could get a lighter sentence because he simply has a job, or never done anything like that before or because the judge "feels" you didn't act remorseful enough. I say fvck all that, you commit a crime you do the time and that sentence is across the board for everybody.

Other countries have lighter laws and stiffer penalties and it actually makes their crime rate much lower. But here you can get try walking home from the bar drunk and get busted for being drunk in public. I had a friend once try to ride his bicycle home one night from another friends house and he got arrested and they suspended his drivers license. But he was still allowed to ride his bicycle on a suspended license. Sometimes shit just doesn't make sense. I think the judicial system is a for profit business just like this country's healthcare programs and animal shelters.

So are you saying the guy shouldn't be charged with rape since they were in some sort of relationships even though she was unconscious at the time?

:think2:

Where does it say this woman had a relationship with him? She only met him less than a month ago.

Was she asleep or unconscious? When I hear the word unconscious she better have been drugged. If they were simply drinking and having a good time and decided to have some drunk sex then she passes out so the nimrod decides to put her on the web getting screwed in her sleep. It just sounds like some immature shit. Had he not put her on the internet this story never gets reported. She was embarrassed that people saw her on the internet and she cried out "rape". If a chick does this to a guy can he cry rape too? I THINK NOT!!!

Being a prick is not against the law. I think the facts in the case will show he was being just that. Besides you don't need someones consent to video tape them.

It says unconscious. I'm not a woman so I can't speak first hand but if a woman is simply asleep and their guy friend puts it to them they would wake up.

If no means no, does unconscious mean yes? :think2:

Imo, if the girl was unconscious, then what he did was wrong. Even if you're married, if your wife says no it doesn't give you the right to bend her over the kitchen table and have at it.

If I am screwing my girlfriend and we are both drunk and she passes out during the intercourse do I IMMEDIATELY have to stop or can I finish getting mine? Is sex like a sleeper hold in WWE wrestling do I have to raise her arm three times to see if she is still awake and if on that third try if I get no response is the sex over because if she goes night-night that is an automatic NO by professional sanctioned rules.

Semantics. I think you're smart enough to know the difference. if the sex was consensual to begin with then I don't see a problem. If you're at a party and you see a chick passed out on the floor then it's wrong to drag her into a bedroom and have sex with her.

Hosnatcher, who's to say they've had sex before? It says they're in a relationship but what does that mean? What if they've only gone on a few dates but not slept together or even kissed each other?

If you defend a guy having sex with an unconscious girl something is wrong with you.

Who's to say they haven't been screwing like rabbits for "less than a month"? You see it is that "less than a month" that they wrote in the story that bothers me. It is obvious the journalist is trying to stress to the potential jurors reading the column that they barely knew each other. Keep in mind that the parties involved are young and when I was that age I would sleep with a girl I met in "less than a day".

If you want to play profiler for just a minute you can pretty much determine what actually happened on that fateful night. Both of them have slept together on many occasions. Because if it was his first time penetrating her broadcasting himself on the internet screwing a female who was knocked out whom he never touched would have to be the dumbest rape in the history of the world. Andrew Luster videotaped his girls after he drugged them and kept the tapes in his collection was pretty stupid but he never passed the tapes around to his boys to brag about. Plus nowhere in the article does it mention the girl being under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the alleged rape. Now how does one become unconcious on a date in a guys bedroom whom she never slept with before who she barely knows for "less than a month"?

My bet is the girls father may have money and couldn't stad to see his daughter upset about being treated that way by a boy so they stretched the story a little bit to make her sound like a harmless victim.

Like I said the boy is a prick and he didn't respect this girl and wanted to show off to his friends at this girls expense. He definitely needs an ass beating by the girls father for mistreating his daughter. But the story leads me to believe this is more of a case of a little girl getting her heart broken after being played by some guy who she was really starting to like and now she can't show her face around town without being that girl boned on the internet.

What are the qualifications for being a semi-celebrity, and how does one know when they've crossed over into full celebrity-dom?

Is there an organization which makes the determination? I'm interested in applying for semi-celebrity status, unless there's an expensive registration fee (although if financing is available I'd still consider it).

As further support:

http://lfpress.ca/newsstand/News/CanadaWorld/2009/06/03/9663586.html

"The court document said Hock set up a web camera and sexually assaulted the 20-year-old woman in her bedroom in February while she was unconscious from drinking alcohol."

I've mentioned it before, it's not hard to realize that "unconscious" people don't wake up when they are being penetrated but that's not even the point. Whether she was passed out or just sleeping is irrelevant. The fact that she was unconcscious is a crime since she was not capable of giving consent. You see, it's necessary that both parties give consent. Otherwise it's deemed to be rape.

Whether she was a slut or whether she was his girlfriend is irrelevant in cases where consent is not given.
