Texas @ Boston 7:10 pm
Play: Over 10 -115

Well lets take a look at what we have tonight? The market understands the value of two top hitting teams battling in a decent weather (50% rain) and wind blowing slightly in. However, Penny and Millwood have been more than hittable of late. Penny, looking for a possible trade, has pitched well but his record is more of a statement based on his run support. He has a high whip and era at the moment. His velocity is up...but still straight.

Texas is 7th in hitting and Boston is 5th both over 270 for the year
Runs scored Boston 4th and Texas 5th.

Now lets talk about Batting average against.
Millwood vs Sox is 330
Penny vs Texas is 302
FIREWORKS!!!

I'm also PREDICTING DAVID ORTIZ goes yard tonight!

Colorado vs St. Louis
Play: St. Louis RL +125

Wainwright has pitched extremely well vs Colorado 1-0 and with a .069 ERA. St. Louis is at home and continues to play very good baseball. This could be a 1 run game but Col bullpen may allow it to get blown open. Delarosa on the road has had 5 starts with only 2 QS and the last three starts he hasn't gotten out of the 5th inning.

Hitters vs De La ROSA is 320 (8 for 25)

St. Louis is 19-11 at home and 11-6 vs Lefties. They manufacture runs. I expect De La rosa to pitch better but see a 5-2 type of game in favor of the home team.

Arizona @ San Diego
Play: Arizona +108

Obviously got in early on this line as it's one of the major linemovers of the day. The same teams met up on the 25th and SD got to AZ's bullpen and won 9-7. AZ was a favorite at home and was up 5-0 late and ended up losing. It's the same game but in SDiego.

Like the fact he's been successful against the Padres along with holding them to a 200 average lifetime. Gaudin just got lit up the other day vs Zona and had a 296 average against. Understandbly they are a home favorite with a 17-9 record. The market is overvaluing their home field advantage. Maybe vs other foes however not with the NL WEST..IMO of course.

Milwaukee @ Atlanta
Play: Under 8 -115

Two good pitchers going at it in Atlanta with wind blowing in from left 9-14 MPH.

Team records on O/U on the year:
Gallardo is 11-4 on the season
Jurrjens is 9-6 on the season for a grand total of 20-10 for UNDERS and OVERS 67%
Gallardo vs Braves is 214, Jurrjens is 2 AB's.
Both Bullpens are good with Milwaukee being a little better..

Philadelphi @ LA Dodgers
Play: Phillies + 124

MOYER leads the way and the Defending champs pound Milton who's got a 310 average against. Moyer holding LA to 244.
Phils continue to be a force on the road and LA facing another crafty lefty with wind blowing in from left at 8 mph.

20-6 on the ROAD for Phillies...WOW...Lets continue to bet them on the road. PROVE us wrong..

Moyer looks to improve on that ERA and has had 2 ou of 3 QS in last 3. Look to get 6 out of him tonight possibly 7.

RIDE THE WAVE until it crashes...

Baltimore vs Oakland
Play: Under 8.5 -120

Two tough pitchers square off tonight in Oakland. Oakland is easily one of the top 5 pitchers ballparks in the ML. Braden is a good lefty who enjoys pitching at home and has had some very good starts this year. 11 Starts and 8 have been quality starts.
Braden is holding Baltimores lineup to an average of 143 over his career.

Now Guthrie is a good pitcher and if he had the same opportunity to pitch in Oakland he would be much better. Guthrie has faced NY YANKEES 3x, Toronto 2, Boston and Texas. That's a tough two months and his ERA is still in the 4's. His bullpen hasn't been good and his ERA has skyrocketed as well. Baltimore has trouble hitting lefties on the road and it will continue tonight.

Guthrie holds Oakland under 200 batting average against.

6-10 vs LH STARTERS O/Under on the year..

GEKKO
