Great book. I only got to know of it because of the NBA promotion. I'll be transferring my balance from my current book to them. Excellent service. Cool layout and betting options, they grade bets right away and everything else a good book should do. I call my current book and they barely speak english properly and are rude.

I'm going to feel the site out a couple more weeks and of course request a small payout and see if that goes smoothly too. After that I'm using Betphoenix exclusively. My buddies already switched over to them.

Do I sound like a commercial or what? Anyways...they are that damn good. I'm sold...and GO REDWINGS!

i don't think i could ever go exclusively with one book (tried it with matchbook for a short time but needed to scratch my parlay itch), but i'll second your comments. i haven't gotten a payout yet, but everything on the front end has been handled very well.

How can anyone comment on how they are without receiving a payout? I've heard they're OK, but let us know how the payout goes, because besides taking bets and posting lines promptly, getting paid is part of the process.

I made a MoneyGram withdrawl request at 10 am this morning. By 1 pm the money was taken out of my account, and I should have the reference number by 6pm.

uh, exactly the way i just did. qualified my comment with a "haven't gotten a payout yet though" caveat.

I just made a request for payout also. Moneygram. Let you guys know how it goes.

I just spent 28 minutes talking and asking questions with a very cheery service rep there and wow was she ever patient and helpful with me. 28 mins!

It's a breath of fresh air compared to calling my other book and getting rude or abrupt attitudes and being snapped at just because I have to keep saying excuse me over and over because I can't understand their broken english.

Anyways, you guys are right. Payout is the most important thing. We'll see how it goes before I commit to them.

Yes. The only reason I checked at 6 is because I was told to check for it at 6.

I requested mine earlier this afternoon and it is pending and will be processed tomorrow morning they just told me. The balance is still showing in my account as available. We'll see how it goes.

if was take out from the account, then tomorrow you have your MTC number...

first withdrawl at BP took 48-72 hours after request, after that, usually 12-24 hours.... yes.. good CS!!
