I stand by that. I will never buy used electronics again. But 195 for all that provided it works is a good deal. All of that new is like 400ish.
It's probably cheap because it's modded. That means no warranty, and it's been tampered with. Not useful unless you plan on burning a lot of bit torrent games.
last system i got was a PS2, i'm out of the loop, but does this 'modded" system mean you can somehow burn games of the net as mentioned above. Are there certain apps or codecs you need in the system to make burned games play.
Reason i ask is i know from just burning movies it seems everyone rips to various formats and it is always a bitch to get the movie to play it seems.

I have not done it. But I read up on it and watched vids of it.
With a successfully modded system (it's possible you will screw this up and ruin your unit) download the game from a torrent and then burn it onto a dual layer CD. And presto you just stole a game and are playing it for free (minus the cost of the blank CD) This is illegal and I don't condone it. But I gather that's pretty much how it works.
