Got me thinking about where Kobe ranks right now, and where he'll end up, i.e., how high can he go?

I live in So Cal and laker franchise has been a joy. 4 separate incarnations.

1. Mikan era

2. Baylor, West and Chamberlain

3. Magic, Kareem, Worthy and some great role players

4. Kobe and Shaq, then Kobe, Gasol and Odem. Also a great bench. And with 2, 3 and 4.........the vivid imagery of Chick Hearn.

Anyone remember the grief Kupchek got for trading Shaq instead of Kobe
