Can someone who is computer savy lend me a hand?

I need to send a copy of my bank statement showing my credit card info for verification to a book. My bank statement is a "E-Statement" so i can't fax it. Here's where i need help.....
I can open the statement online but i don't know how to get it from there to the book. Is there a way i can i save it as a jpeg and email it?Any help will be appreciated as i am not a computer pro?Thanks guys.....

Depend on what web browser you use...i use firefox and i can save it by clicking:

1) File
2) Save As (it will save it in a web page format)
3) Give it a filename and location i.e. your desktop
4) Open it to verify...sometime some info will be missing..

That's all there is to it...
