Teixeira leads the Yankees in home runs and RBIs. Jeter is the American League’s top vote-getter with more than 2.5 million votes. Alex Rodriguez trails Evan Longoria of the Rays for the starting nod at third base while Robinson Cano ranks third among second basemen and Jorge Posada is second among catchers.
