Philly with Happ?
Kid got major game, and is the better lefty v. Mills.
Philly has better sticks as well.

17 cents is a bargain here.
Philly 2* on the road.

Beware this is the worst slump the phillies have been a part of in a long time. They have to snap out of it somewhere but the pitching has been terrbile and the sticks have not been much to brag about either. I believe its 11 out of their last 13 they have lost.

Philly sucks vs american league though I do agree about Happ, I can't trust Philly lately. I think its very clear they are not the team that everyone thought, the mets have had or still have injuries at every position except for 3rd base with Wright and left field with Tatis and they are still hanging in there, the phils should be at least 5-6 games up if not more.

Not sure why you say the Phillies have better sticks. Statistically, the Jays are #1 offensively in the league in June and overall they're among the leaders in every offensive category. Not saying it's a bad bet, just that the Jays are killing everything these days while the Phillies are seeing BB's. Mills is a stiff, a complete fill-in until they get some healthy bodies back. Bottom line is I wouldn't lay juice with the Phillies on the road right now but that's just me.

I like the Phillies Today.

Blue jays Pitcher Mills got rocked his first start against the Phillies
3.7 innings 4 earned runs 2 HR, had bad control with 4 Walks

Phillies wake up here today

I don't have the stats to back this up BUT when J Roll comes back after being benched for sucking...his bat is in fuego the next couple weeks. On tues/wed Chuck said rollins would sit 2 games, he sat two games. I am assuming he will be back this afternoon. On top of that the Phills road record is WAY better than their home record.

I'll be takin the phills AND the over today. Might even do a parlay for shits and giggles.

Right now, Rollins is listed as Doubtful

I think it doesn't matter. Phillies win here.

Jays have great bats. Hill, Marco, Lind Three all stars right here and nobody knows anything about them. Name me one player right now in the game hitting the ball any better than Scott Rolen ? Toss in wells and Rios I think the Jays have better bats right now

Phillies hit a lot of home runs but they also strike out tons. Ryan Howard is a strike out machine

Jimmy Rollins ....Ice cold and was benched...Don't think he will play today

The jays are very underrated right now.

My valuations suggested that the Phillies were the most undervalued team last night based on the overnights and opening line. The market has done a good job correcting the pricing inefficiencies in this one by bidding up the ask on the Phillies by nearly 20% off the open. However, in my opinion, because of the large mispricing on the open, there may be some excess value left on the Phillies up until first pitch.

Oddsmakers have had a hard time valuing Happ all season and who can blame them. He is not terribly heavily touted, and was pitching above true form for a rather long period of time. After three starts that suggest significant regression, books are now confused where to price him. However, he is a materially better pitcher than Mills right now. This is not a good match up for Mills, as his high propensity for allowing baserunners can lead to difficulty against a patient and powerful lineup.

Don't put too much stock into recent productivity at the plate. The Jays have an inferior lineup, and a good portion of the recent increase of productivity at the plate can be attributed to randomness and facing sub par pitching. Normalizing the latter suggests the Jays hot streak is not terribly sustainable. Rolen is out as well.

That basicly the way I read it.
Rock solid, spot on post by one of the RX finest.

Everything just pointed to the Phils today, Mills is a BP pitcher, Werth, Howard and the boys feast on BP pitchers.
To those that tailed, congrats, those who faded, it's all good.
