Gavin Floyd vs. Carl Pavano
Take the White Sox in this one.
These two pitchers are on completely different paths right now. Floyd struggled early, but has figured it out of late and is throwing great. Pavano had a nice run, but has been getting shelled of late. It's almost July so you know Pavano arm is getting fatigued.
Cleveland is done. They are dumping players and have dropped 8 of their last 10. White Sox are 6-4 in their last 10 and playing well.
White Sox have a better bullpen and will be rested. Indians bullpen has seen a lot of work over the past two days as their starters couldn't go far into the games.
