In 2008, profitable fading Schultz CFL picks against pointspread for sides. However Schultz was different and mostly correct in moneyline picks.

No typing error. Powerz is correct in listing BC because picks are supposed to be opposite of Schultz picks ATS.

Hey Powerz(s?)...
you know he may not be the best picker in the biz but the more i've watched the various NFL pregamers the more I like him and the rest of the TSN panel. in fact I'd rate them at the top of the pack in many ways and TSN struck gold having a regular Friday night game.
good luck this year...
i think I heard you have a new venture...not sure if you have my address but just use my name and hotmail. Love to hear about it...

Go to post 65 on page 3 to see if fading his prediction ATS was profitable.

I think Schultz knows what he is talking about and knows the Game inside and out. Problem for him here is that he posts his article before the lines actually come out. Last year he did pretty good in the NFL ealry on so tread lightly to begin.

I see that Hamilton is now -2 & Calgary is -7.5 wow what a jump i wonder what happened???

That would actually make the stamps the play now, because he had Cgy winning by 6.

Everyman is that you Pat - I will try and track you down some time in July going on holidays in a week.

schultzie went 2-2 last week getting Sask and Tor correct but missing Ed and Cgy.

This week he picked

Montreal by 12
CGY by 21
BC by 13
Tor by 3.

Looks like he is spot on the BC and Tor lines. I maybe back later am travelling right now and dont have my lappie with me she's in the shop for a tune up.

Maybe able to post from a cafe later.

I do like one play though - MOntreal -170 1st Q (play the -1.5 if you don't want to pay the juice)

In week 1, Xenakes (of sportsnetwork) was 0-4 moneyline and 1-3 ATS. So fading his picks might be profitable? In week 2, his picks are Montreal, Calgary, BC and Saskatchewan. Both Schultz and Xenakes are knowledgeable. But someone once said that logic doesn't always work in predicting the future. Maybe some luck and psychic ability is also needed?

After first 2 weeks, profitable 5-3 ATS fading Schultz and Xenakes. This contrarian method works when unpopular illogical picks prevail over popular logical picks. Surprising that eastern teams are doing well against western teams so far.

Home from vegas today and had a great weekend !

3RD PERSON - good stuff on the sportsnet guy keep throwing up his projections

Did not get into town in time for Montreal game but I did - have them 1st Q ML in my offshore.

I then proceded to fade schultzie on the next 3 and then rolled those 3 benjamins into Montreal to win the cup @ +500 thought that was a very generous line.

Schultz now 3-5 covering ATS

Week 3 picks from Xenakes.

BC 38 Edmonton 31. Calgary 35 Toronto 20. Montreal 42 Saskatchewan 35. Winnipeg 33 Hamilton 21.

Therefore contrarian picks are Edmonton-4.5, Toronto +8, Saskatchewan +3.5 and Hamilton. Except for BC-Edmonton game, Xenakes picks are opposite of Schultz picks.

Here's my plays for BC/EDMONTON

Over 53 - 4*

BC +4.5 - 3*
BC ML +178 - 1*

Looks like the weather will be perfect for football tonight. Just listened to an interview with Wally on the Team 1040 - he said the tuesday practise was the most focused he has seen the team in a long while.
