i figured this was a good idea, rather than having to run through countless searches and thread sifting to find some useful sites. if a bunch of people can contribute, i'll take all links and list them in this top post. sites such as sorted statistics (ex: bullpens, starters, hitters, etc) in charted form. trend sites, line history sites, expert analysis sites. anything you can think of. i'll start off with a few basic sites and we will add on as we go. thanks in advance if you decide to participate.

www.covers.com - statistics, trends, matchup information
www.statfox.com - "
www.sbrlines.com - live line movement
http://www.sbrforum.com/Scores/MLB+Odds.aspx - line history (click day on calendar)

feel free to add on

have you made money using his picks ?

I don't really use the picks. My friend has done pretty well with them, playing the totals that are off the most. I did play the Mets over, as they project 14, and the total is 8. I like the updated weather on it (Yahoo), and the pics of the stadium with the wind direction. Great for KC, SF, and Wrigley - they are the totals I play the most.

WNO - if you click on "baseball" underneath the header, you can customize the stats from 3-21 games.

Just to clarify about cleanuphitter.com (it's my site): The items highlighted in different colors aren't picks, they're just displayed that way to catch my eye as something that deserves a closer look. It's meant to be a tool but not to be an automatic picker.

I'll have something similar for the NFL going live before long, then college football.

oh you created cleanuphitter? it's an awesome site for easy sorting...like how it has the dropdown for past # of games to check stats for.

Thanks. I think that's pretty handy, too. I also use the batting order stats, looking at 3, 4 and 5, when looking at games. I think that gives a pretty good idea of a team's offense.

mlb.com and sortable stats are useful

sortable stats are apart of mlb.com? or is it another website. provide a link if you can, please. i probably won't post mlb.com, since that's just common sense

If y'all have any suggestions for a wish list, let me know. I'm sure I'll be taking another look at the baseball tool programs after football season is done.

5 inning stats would be cool as doug stated, dunno how you'd do it though.
