I had Seattle in a parlay with the Giants and White Sox.

Fuck this. I don't know why I keep on doing stupid parlays.

Parlays look good in theory, but will kill you in the long run.

you aren't kidding. most i do is 2-3 team anymore. usually a big fave and another pick that i like. occasionally will do the 10-20$ 6-8 teamer for fun.

Good way to approach it. For example, a Red Wings parlay (during hockey) with a pick you like. Baseball is tough though. I don't know if there is any team/pitcher that is a near-lock.

Nothing wrong with having a little fun as well. If it hits, drinks are on you. If not, only a few bucks lost.
