Will Venus throw the match so little sis can get another major ?

I hate the fact they are both in the finals.

Cant stand the entire family...

Venus owns Wimbledon and loves it there...i doubt she would ever "throw" this one for her sis....maybe another if there was a legite reason, but not Wimbledon..

I disagree! Eventhough it took Serena 3 sets too win she looked damn good doing it. Dementavia was a much tougher opponent than Venus faced today. Grass isn't Safina's strong suit. Serena has the heart of a champion. This will be a very close match.

Ever consider this? The girls can decide which one wins (like the underdog) and then have beards make significant wagers for them in London. If I played these two, which I don't, when they meet in the finals of a major, I'd look to the dog everytime.

I think they make enough money without having to do this, and really risk potentially losing everything. Not everyone thinks like a degenerate.

I'd like to think when they play everything is on the up and up as well, however, who really knows. There are a number of professional athletes that gamble even though they don't need the money. Not saying these two necessarily do, but they wouldn't be the first to have a little action on the side.
